Boat / Trailer SetupRepairs

Mackay Multilink offer a Boat setup and handling service for new or existing boats. Correct setup of the trailer is hugely important to the performance of being able to drive the boat on and off. Mackays vast knowledge and experience enables us to correctly setup / adjust your trailer.

Re-GalvaniseRepairs

Over the years and with regular use in harsh waters your trailer will show signs of rust. As long as the structure of the frame is good then re-galvanise is a great option to bring your trailer back to life, look new and last for many more years.

Prices from $1500 (Frame, sugframe, mudguards and winchpost only. No roller arms or uprights are re-galvanised)

Tandem Axle Upgrade

Increase the towing capacity of your single axle trailer with a tandem axle upgrade. You can increase your trailer rating from 1850kg to 4000kg dependent on wheel sizes and braking units.

Trailer Service

The running gear on a trailer is the most important part of the trailer. If your brakes don't work, or your bearings have seized then this will cause you great problems.

At Mackay’s all bearings, hubs, brake pads, calipers etc.. Are checked and replaced if necessary. If the trailer is well maintained then all that is needed will be a re-pack of grease, worse case all bearings, hubs, axles etc… need to be changed
