For Aluminium boats Mackay use nylon rollers that are very hard wearing and roll easily under load. They require no maintenance due to the properties of the nylon roller to be self lubricating. Various shapes or sizes are available to cater for each and every boat design.

For fibreglass boats, Mackay use a range of Poly rollers made exclusively. It is a hard wearing but still soft enough not to damage the boat and is available in cotton reel and dogbone shapes to suit the hull design. For the larger 8” and 12” rollers a galvanised steel or aluminium sleeve is inserted into the roller to give extra strength which assists in the rolling ability under the weight of the boat.
