Boat / Trailer Setup
Mackay Multilink offer a Boat setup and handling service for new or existing boats. Correct setup of the trailer is hugely important to the performance of being able to drive the boat on and off the trailer without causing either damage to your boat and frustration for you and others at the ramp. Mackays knowledge and experience enables us to correctly setup / adjust your trailer. We also recommend you have your Boat to trailer set up checked and re-adjusted every 24 months.

Re-Galvanise
Over the years and with regular use in salt water your trailer will show signs of rust. As long as the structure of the frame is good then re-galvanise is a great option to bring your trailer back to life, look new and last for many more years. In recent times more and more proud Mackay Trailer owners have brought their pride and joys in for a re-birth with extremely satisfying results.
Tandem Axle Upgrade
Increase the towing capacity of your single axle trailer with a tandem axle upgrade. This is an available option for most mackay trailers and will allow you to carry that extra gear or new motor you have had fitted. You can also increase your tandem trailer rating from dependent on trailer model, wheel sizes and braking units.

Trailer Service
The running gear on a trailer is the most important part of the trailer. If your brakes don't work, or your bearings have seized, then this will cause you major problems. We recommend ALL trailer owners to take advantage of having us take care of you and your trailer. As Boat Trailer manufacturers we have the experience and expertise for ensuring your trailer is operating correctly and safely.
At Mackay’s all bearings, hubs, brake pads, calipers etc.. are checked and replaced if necessary. If the trailer is well maintained, then all that is needed will be a re-pack of grease, sometimes however all bearings, hubs, axles etc…may need to be changed
