The NEW hybrid aluminium and galvanised steel “Zenith” Series is based on the Classic 2010 Series KR & PU trailer styles, with the main chassis or frame made of aluminium with the subframe, and rear rocka made of galvanised steel. The design incorporates the use of materials where their characteristics best fit their application
a. Steel in the subframe to accommodate for the high stresses applied by the axles and springs
b. Aluminium along the main frame or chassis to reduce weight
The design minimises the total weight of the trailer while maintaining its overall strength.
The trailer also retains the overall characteristics and features of the KR/PU 2010 Series.
